Join an exclusive Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher training with Ravi Marga Yoga School with 22 days of training. The training will get you immersed in the nature of Tenerife, within the beautiful ecological village Finca El Quinto, just 5 minutes from the stunning surfers Playa El Socorro. Ravi Marga offers a complete yoga program, from philosophy and history, anatomy, techniques, and practices with a lens on Hatha, Vinyasa and Naad Yoga (the Sound Healing). The goal is to create qualified yoga teachers, self-aware and capable of teaching with authenticity and dedication. All this in the most incredible place on Tenerife island.
Finca El Quinto is a family-run ecological farm with individually designed holiday homes located between mountains and the ocean in the north of Tenerife. Three generations live and create together. The Finca has its beginnings in 1986 and is now managed by the second generation.
It is one of the few holiday Fincas in the Canary Islands that, in addition to offering a unique holiday experience, also runs organic farming. The formerly fallow land has been transformed step by step into a natural oasis with traditional Canarian-style accommodations. The apartments and houses are situated between orange trees, banana palms, and many other exotic plants and tree species. Besides finding relaxation in the unique nature, Finca El Quinto is the perfect starting point for numerous leisure and sports activities, such as hiking, climbing, surfing, paragliding, and much more.
The cottages on Finca El Quinto are a tribute to traditional Canarian architecture and carpentry. All houses have been built and renovated so that they harmonize perfectly with their surroundings. During the construction and renovation of the houses, they were committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible and therefore using only sustainable products. The restoration of old wooden planks from the 18th century and the recycling of typical Canarian roof tiles complete the bond with the island. The houses are fully furnished and modern art and antiques from around the world provide each house with its individuality.
Finca El Quinto is determined to treat nature as gently as possible. Not only in the cultivation of the land but also in the construction of the houses, care was taken to use all resources in a sustainable and ecological sense. All houses have a sophisticated sewage system to treat and recycle wastewater.
The Finca is self-sufficient. Its treasure is the water spring of the Finca. Its wonderful, vital water, which flows from more than three kilometers deep mountain tunnel, has made the Finca flourish for decades. The two swimming pools are also filled with this spring water as well as the water tanks which are used to irrigate the Finca.
During a guided tour of the Finca, the team will answer all your questions, explaining the ecological cultivation of oranges, bananas, avocados, lemons, papayas, guayavos, chirimoya, herbs of all kinds, and vegetables depending on the season. Of course, the guests can also purchase the fruits of the Finca. Chickens and black pigs live on the Finca. Therefore the guests can enjoy fresh eggs and can feed the organic waste to the pigs.
One of the main ideas of the Finca is to give guests the opportunity to reconnect with nature. Guests experience and are actively involved in the processes of natural agriculture. The self-harvesting of organic products provides not only an exceptional freshness and quality of the food but also the stimulus to break new and sustainable ground at home.

Federica practiced yoga since the first years of childhood due to her father, ex-Sanskrit scholar, and Ananda Marga yoga practitioner. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a passion for the anatomy of yoga and the biomechanics of the movements thanks to her background in Ashtanga yoga. She uses her musical instruments such as the handpan and the gong as an important part of her classes.
Jesper began his spiritual journey in 2010 with meditation and Buddhism, practicing sitting meditation diligently for five years. In 2015, he delved into yoga, discovering the benefits of asana and pranayama, which supported him through a long-distance relationship. His passion for yoga quickly grew, and by 2017, he was in Rishikesh, India, for his first yoga teacher training. Exploring breathwork through Wim Hof's techniques, he opened a yoga studio in Stockholm in 2020 but sold it in 2021 to move to Bali, taking a brief hiatus from teaching. Jesper's commitment to yoga rekindled in 2023.
The training program offers a holistic approach that extends beyond yoga practice to include a focus on nutritious, well-balanced meals. Each day, participants are treated to three main meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, thoughtfully prepared by the expert chef, Amanda. These meals are not only delicious but also nutritionally comprehensive, featuring a variety of proteins such as legumes, an assortment of vegetables, and a selection of wholesome cereals like rice, pasta, quinoa, and more.
For breakfast, they cater to both vegan and vegetarian diets, offering a diverse range of options from plant-based to traditional dairy products. The lunch and dinner menus are crafted to be both fulfilling and healthful, with each meal presenting a balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and essential nutrients.
A key aspect of the culinary offerings is the commitment to sustainability and health. All the fresh products are ecologically certified, ensuring that you are consuming food that is not only good for you but also for the environment. Additionally, for those interested in supplementing their meals or exploring local produce, the little market at Finca El Quinto provides a unique opportunity. Here, guests can purchase extra food, including fresh ecological harvests directly from the finca's garden.
Throughout the day, participants also have access to a selection of fresh fruits, various milk options, and a range of herbal and traditional infusions.
The goal is to ensure that the nutritional aspect of your training is as enriching and satisfying as your yoga journey, offering meals that nurture the body, mind, and spirit in an environment that respects and honors ecological principles
