Rohit Kumar, originally from Bihar, India, holds an M.A. and an LL.B. His fascination with literature, metaphysics, tantra, and yoga began at a young age. As an ERYT 500 hours certified yogi, Rohit embarked on a quest for balance and life's answers, finding his path in yoga. Combining continuous yoga practice with academic studies, he started sharing the principles and practices of yoga in his hometown of Begusarai. From there, he expanded his teachings to southern India and various parts of Asia. Rohit's classes primarily focus on Hatha yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya yoga, and Kundalini yoga.

Zameen graduated with a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Queen Mary, University of London. Since then she has been awarded her 500 hours YTTC in Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga. and is also trained to Reiki Level 1. Zameen is passionate about energy and plant medicines and has spent time living and working with Amazonian tribes to learn about their healing practices. Manoj Mathani was born in Uttarakhand, Nainital. He completed his Master's in Yoga from DSB Campus, Nainital Kumaun University in 2017. Subsequently, in 2022, he completed his 200-hour TTC from Rudr Yogpeeth in Rishikesh. Manoj's journey with yoga has been truly transformative, especially in managing his weight and enhancing his overall well-being. Starting in Nainital, he began teaching there and later extended his influence to three yoga studios in Rishikesh.
