The 300-hour yoga teacher training is an intermediate level course, and requires students to have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. By the end of the fourth week course, you will be able to gradually build up to a deeper level of training. This course is perfect for advanced level yogis who want to brush up on their fundamentals whilst surrounding themselves with like-minded yogis for an enjoyable learning and growing experience.

All guests will be staying in comfortable abodes for seeking souls offering a clean, cozy, and a refreshing stay in Rishikesh. The rooms are equipped with all the modern facilities and act as a refreshing escape from the demands of city life.

You can arrange your own accommodation and food outside the campus if you want. No friends and relatives are allowed to stay with yoga students without any prior permission from the management.


This 300-hour YTT program is ideal for intermediate and advanced students. Under this course, the students will get a strong foundation in yoga and its different aspects. In this month-long residential program, you will learn the principles of yogic lifestyle, ashram living, and to maintain a perfect balance of mind, body, and spirit.

You will also build a sound foundation to teach others confidently and instinctually. After the successful completion of the program, you will be equipped with the adequate knowledge, confidence, and experience to teach yoga to anyone.

The price of this retreat includes daily vegetarian meals. The healthy and nutritious food is prepared by Ayurvedic experts with oriental spices and herbs for enhancing the health of the students. Each and every dish is prepared with a mindset to support the high demands of the extensive program.

Non-vegetarian food and drinks and other outside food are not allowed inside the campus.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request for an additional cost of 80 USD.

The nearest domestic airport is Jolly Grant Airport (DED) in Dehradun. Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request for an additional cost of 20 USD.

Arrival by bus

The cheapest way is by bus. If you are coming from Delhi, you can get a bus to Rishikesh. Transfer from and to this station is available upon request for an additional cost.

Arrival by train

There are many trains coming from Delhi, the best one is called Shatabdi - Dehradun Express. It leaves twice daily from New Delhi Train Station and the journey takes four hours and fifteen minutes up to Hardwar. Transfer from and to this station is available upon request for an additional cost.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
