You will study pranayama, meditation, anatomy, energetic anatomy, chanting, yoga diet, introduction to Ayurveda and yoga, and more.
The program will cover the history and how to teach beginner yoga, Hatha yoga, prenatal yoga, kids yoga, yoga for special populations, yoga teaching techniques, yoga sequencing, yoga modifications and adjustments, daily yoga teaching practice, and more. All graduates will also leave the program knowing how to teach two class sequences confidently as soon as you get home!

Anjili is an international yoga teacher and trainer with more than 1,000 hours of education and training. Anjili has taught yoga teacher training programs, workshops, and classes in India, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Fiji, Bali, as well as in her home base of USA and Canada. Anjili is the co-founder of Sadhana Yoga School alongside her partner Bryan and she manages the daily operations of the school. Anjili will be residing in New Hampshire, USA, with Bryan for this winter, teaching classes at their new studio, training new facilitators, and creating more yoga programs.

Please book your flight to arrive at La Aurora Airport (GUA). Airport transfer is a shared shuttle and shared boat, 150 USD total each way, cost divided between the number of students. Please send Sadhana Yoga School your flight information so they can arrange the transportation.
