In this Bali yoga teacher training course, you will live together for 21 days at one of the most beautiful and relaxing beaches in Bali. In this yoga teacher training in Bali, Sadhana Yoga School will cover the history and how to teach beginner yoga, Hatha yoga, Prenatal yoga, Kids yoga, yoga for special populations, yoga teaching techniques, yoga sequencing, yoga modifications and adjustments, daily yoga teaching practice and more. All graduates will also leave this program knowing how to teach two class sequences confidently—as soon as you get home!

Bryan Russell is an E-RYT-500, Sivananda, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga teacher. Bryan has been a successful leader in the yoga world for many years. Bryan teaches weekly yoga classes at his studio in Keene, New Hampshire. He loves to teach yoga to all levels and holds a special knack for connecting with beginner students. As an avid hiker, he likes to climb his favorite mountain, Monadnock, at least once a week when he’s home. Headstand is definitely his favorite pose and he enjoys collecting photos of headstands at special places around the world.
The Amed area is a great place to experience Bali’s natural beauty and culture and is a well-known destination for some of the best snorkeling and diving on the island. You can swim and snorkel directly off the beach in front of the Kampung and diving is easily arranged nearby. Amed and East Bali are home to some of Bali’s oldest villages with ancient temples, rituals, and music. The Kampung is happy to help you arrange cultural interaction with the local village as well as trips to other villages.
You will have a big brunch every morning. Students are on their own for dinner.
