You will be staying at an accommodation in Penang, Malaysia. The accommodation is luxurious and comfortable and it has an energetic space and a yoga deck where you can practice yoga and meditation. This teacher training course is designed by experienced Himalayan yogis in order to deliver an authentic knowledge of yoga. Sahasrara Yoga is a multi-style teacher training program with an exciting combination of traditional yoga and the latest concepts of it. The program offers a careful balance to suit every student's expectation.

The course is designed to strengthen personal practice and help you transform as a yoga teacher. The training course is framed with a continuous preparation plan of three months after finishing the course. It is also designed in a way to boost up your personal confidence and be capable to also teach complicated requirements.

The two lead teachers, Jithendra Galla and Rama Krishna Galla will drive you into a yogic spiritual path without any religious impact. This will nourish your soul, it will develop love, peace, enthusiasm, and motivation towards overall yoga. It will also drive you to achieve enlightenment and liberation.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the yoga teacher training course, you will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. Being registered with Yoga Alliance provides you with a globally recognized credential. The yoga courses certified by Sahasrara Yoga are internationally recognized and are valid all over the world.

Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Hatha Yoga)
Jithendra has been practicing yoga since he was a child. He was trained by his grandfather that comes from a lineage of Himalayan saints. He is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 teacher and a prenatal certified yoga teacher and has in-depth knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga, therapeutic Vinyasa, and prenatal yoga. He studied engineering too and is passionate about spreading the holistic knowledge.
Rama Krishna Galla
Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 (Yoga)
Rama Krishna was born in a yogic family. At the age of six, he started his practice of yoga under the guidance of his grandfather. He finished computer science in engineering in 2010 and he also has a certification from SAP in Sustainability Business intelligence from Berlin. Although he graduated, he decided to pursue his career in yoga. He was spiritually trained by his mother, a devotee of Lord Rama. He has deep knowledge of yoga philosophy of Bhagavad Geetha, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and Buddha’s teachings in a secular way.

During this teacher training course, you will be staying in Butterworth, Malaysia. The accommodation is located in the center of Butterworth and it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, taxis, and bus stands currency exchange. There is a beach really close to the property so you can reach it by walking. The whole location has a pleasant atmosphere so you can feel more connected and relaxed.
