500 hours yoga teacher Training course in India overview

The 500 hours training course consists of a 200 hours yoga teacher training course and a 300 hours yoga teacher training course. This course is highly recommended for all levels of yoga practitioners as it covers both beginners, as well as advanced levels.

During the first 18 days (200 hours), students are given a strong yoga foundation so that they don’t lack the basics of yoga sciences. Discipline rules for students

  • No smoking and alcohol in the school.
  • If you are not having your meal any day inform the kitchen manager three hours before.
  • Respect your teacher and follow all the disciples make by the school for your successful course.
  • Always be in the time, you are late means will not be permitted to join class.
  • Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed.
  • Samadhi Yoga Ashram provides accommodation for a student who join yoga classes. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation. If anybody is coming with you please inform the school earlier.
  • Student have to present in all scheduled program of Samadhi Yoga Ashram.
