Each week you will be taken into the depths of a different and potent meditation technique by our empowered teachers. Daily practice of each technique will help you discover which form of meditation works for you best and give you the ability to guide your future students.
You will be trained in major, classical poses of Hatha yoga obtaining a thorough understanding of their physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual effects. Additionally, MYTTC focuses on Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin practices of yoga with a great emphasis on Tantra yoga addressing the subtle energetic and spiritual effects of your practice.
Samyama Mindfulness Meditation Center wants you to have a good understanding of the anatomy and physiology of your bodies without getting overwhelmed by medical words alone. The expert teachers will create immersions into anatomy, physiology, and Ayurveda - the sister science of yoga - for you to explore yoga`s effects and functioning in your being from a scientific perspective.
You will teach and practice together selected techniques from the shat karma kriya system. This will assist your body in the purification processes that occur during intensive yoga and meditation practice. These techniques are gems that you will want to share with your students.
Samyama Mindfulness Meditation Center loves sharing their passion for this path. They want you to develop all of the required teaching skills; from making adjustments/corrections to giving effective discourses to tuning into the needs of the individual and the group. They would also like to broaden your vision on how to make teaching yoga and meditation your profession.
Besides the core texts of yoga philosophy such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita, Samyama Mindfulness Meditation Center will introduce tantric texts such as the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, teachings from Advaita Vedanta, and more. There are so many beautiful and accessible texts that inform and inspire your meditation practice.
Full participation to sessions and successful completion of testing methods are required. You are however welcome to join the course with full participation as an intensive personal retreat without attending the exams in case you do not require a teaching certificate.

The teaching platform is carefully curated to guide you efficiently and in a structured way through the curriculum which you can easily follow self-paced. This way your self-practice will be fully integrated into your daily life. You will enjoy 12 months of access to more than 150 high-quality theory and practice videos, approx 500 pages of course papers, and dozens of recorded guided meditation sessions.

Dijan is a practitioner of yoga (ERYT 500) and dance for many years, and her work is a synthesis of yoga therapy, exploration of the divine feminine, and creative movement. She studied with several teachers and is fully immersed in a yogic way of life and works as a full-time meditation teacher and yoga therapist. Her teachings aim to provide ways to open up to life inside and out to serve oneself and others around.
Andrea has lived on Earth for some time and traveled and lived in many countries. He has navigated through business and spiritual communities, experienced bliss and depression, checked out Tantra and Advaita. He believes the genuine play of life sits in living fully all of your sides while watching from the middle.
Devlin (E-RYT 200) is a musician, artist, and teacher. She was first introduced to a simple Thich Nhat Hanh meditation at the age of 12 and has been on a long and winding road to the self ever since. She is passionate about the link between art and heart and worked for many years bringing performing arts and mindfulness education to underserved communities in New York City.
