Bounty Resort features some rooms. Deluxe Rooms with fridge, TV, and oceanfront balcony. Fan Bungalows have great sea views. Fan Rooms and Standard AC Rooms have partial sea view balconies. Shared Rooms have two twin beds. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. To save money you can just pay tuition and self-book room and food. Aerial Yoga

Begin each morning with meditation and pranayama while floating in the ULU Yoga swing to calm and clear the mind. Then practice traditional Hatha styled aerial yoga to master foundational poses. Then connect breath and movement to create graceful and dynamic aerial vinyasa flows.


Receive detailed instruction of aerial yoga asanas, based on traditional Hatha yoga alignment and vinyasa yoga technique. Learn common mistakes and how to avoid them in order to practice and instruct students safely plus modify for various levels.

Aerial Acro

Use ULU Yoga Swings to support flyers to find correct balance and alignment to easily achieve acro yoga poses. Then take aerial acro fusion to the next level and explore creative acrobatic variations, which look impossible, but with the support of the swing are actually quite simple even for total beginners.

Aerial Choreography

Practice synchronizing simple aerial sequences in pairs then coordinate as a group to choreograph an artistic performance using UV body paint and neon blacklights.

Beach Aerial

Learn to make a bamboo tripod and do aerial yoga on the beach flying over the ocean to take amazing pictures. Receive instructions to give event demonstrations and manage crowds safely.

Teaching Methodology

Learn the qualities of a good teacher, different teaching styles, communication skills, principles of demonstration, observation, time management, group dynamics, fulfilling individual needs, giving feedback, and lesson planning.

Teaching Practice

Teaching practice is one of ULU Yoga’s top strengths. You will practice teaching every day to gain experience and develop confidence. You will design and teach an original 75-minute class followed by detailed analysis and feedback. You will leave the course ready to go out and teach professionally.


Gain a deeper understanding of the structures and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. Receive online videos explaining how specific muscles respond to the movements of the joints with biomechanics; how alterations of a pose can enhance or reduce effectiveness; how the spine, breathing, and body position are all fundamentally linked.


ULU Yoga is sincerely dedicated to sharing the sacred wisdom of traditional yoga and provides discussion plus online studies to learn about the history of yoga, the 8 limbs, yamas, niyamas, chakras, and other essential yoga concepts.

Course Materials

Receive a detailed course manual with over 50 poses and scripted sequences. Also, receive online videos of full classes plus instruction on anatomy and philosophy. For general yoga studies, you can read Teaching Yoga by Mark Stephens and Hatha Illustrated by Martin Kirk.


This course is open to all levels. Students are recommended to take rest and modify as needed for advanced poses. It is recommended you practice yoga or any type of exercise a few times a week for a couple of months before starting this course. You should also get a medical check-up and have travel health insurance.


The key to ULU Yoga’s success has been open communication. Each week there is a sharing circle to maintain group harmony and ensure your personal and academic needs are met. ULU Yoga sincerely wishes that your time is truly enjoyable and nurturing on all levels to create a holistic experience.

Packages include a healthy vegetarian breakfast including fruit smoothie bowls, muesli and yogurt, buckwheat pancakes, and omelets. Lunch and dinner are a combination of Thai, Indian and western food ranging from the traditional Thai curries, including mixed veg, tofu, lentil, chickpea and rice dishes with fresh green salads and tropical fruits (not included). Some meals will feature lectures and discussions. No meals on days off.

Going to the beaches

There are three perfect beaches just a few minutes walks from the resort plus thirty more gems spread around the island. You will love swimming in the turquoise sea and snorkeling with exotic fish and SUP boarding. Nearby are many great restaurants, shopping, waterfalls, temples, yoga, and wellness centers for detox, dance and massage. Thong Sala town, the main ferry port, is just 15 minutes ride and features the bustling Pantip Food Market and Saturday Night Market.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Samui Airport (USM) or Surat Thani Airport (URT). Transfer from and to the airport is not included.

From Bangkok, fly to Koh Samui Airport (1 hour, 100 USD), then take a ferry to Koh Phangan (30 minutes, 400 THB), then take a taxi to Bounty Resort (20 minutes, 200 THB).

A cheaper option is from Bangkok, fly to Surat Thani Airport (1 hour, average 40 USD), then take a ferry to Koh Phangan (4.5 hours, 400 THB), then take a taxi to Bounty Resort (20 minutes, 200 THB).
