Nicole is a student at heart and is always seeking out opportunities to expand her own knowledge and stay inspired. She has a deep gratitude and love for Mooji whom she considers her spiritual teacher. She completed her first 200-hour Vinyasa yoga training with Judit Varga in Sanur at the Power of Now Oasis, 100-hour Yin training with Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch, 300-hour training with Radiantly Alive Yoga in Ubud, 50-hour Fly High Yoga Course with Pedro Salazar, workshops with Jason Crandell, Noah Maze, and Simon Borg Olivier.
Originally from South Africa, Mark is a personal trainer and nutrition consultant who has has been in the health and fitness industry for ten years. He has owned his own personal training and injury rehab studio in Durban, South Africa and has a slightly different outlook on fitness. To him, fitness is not about quick fixes, miracle pills, fitness challenges, bathroom selfies and beach body workouts. Mark has helped clients of all ages and limitations reach their personal goals.
Graduating from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a Bachelor’s of Science in Neuroscience and Exercise Science, Megan has an extensive background in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science. With that, she is known in yoga studios for creating well-thought out flows to open the body in the safest, most efficient, and most effective way. She excels in adjusting and teaching correct body positioning and body alignment during each class. Megan has incredible somatic knowledge, appropriate for any level of yoga experience, as well as an intuitive, flexible and playful energy.
As a zealous lover of life, yoga and adventure, Katie believes that life is about uncovering your passions, finding your flow, and catching your dreams. Katie is a 500-hr Yoga Instructor and Level 2 Reiki Practitioner from Los Angeles, CA. She specializes in teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, Meditation, and Health & Wellness Coaching. Katie enjoys guiding students through creative and effective yoga and meditation classes with a sense of mindfulness, positivity, compassion, and love.
