Sattva yoga teacher training is designed to immerse students into the physical, mental, and spiritual states of yoga so they emerge as students and teachers of wisdom and practice. Every Sattva yoga class is structured as an energetic and physical journey. Sattva yoga includes many styles of yoga found in the west. Each trainee will be guided through thorough study, technique, and use of meditation, pranayama, asanas, Vinyasa, Kriya, partner work, freedom movement, western and eastern anatomy, chakras, koshas and gunas, mantras, music, yogic philosophy, intuitive journaling, ancient scripture, and structuring a journey.

The power of taking the journey to India for this experience is tremendous. The journey inspires, heals, invigorates, and frees. The journey is deeply transforming and deeply joyous. All is supported in the community to rise fully.

Anand Mehrotra is a visionary master teacher, thought leader, and conscious entrepreneur.
