Food

Shambhala Yoga School & Stay's belief is all about the happiness we get from sharing special times with others. That's why they made a big kitchen where everyone can cook and enjoy meals together as a close group. It's like a special place where everyone becomes good friends while making and eating food.

They're very careful about choosing the ingredients. Shambhala Yoga School buys them directly from local farmers to make sure they're really fresh and full of flavour. The fruits and veggies come straight from the fields around Shambhala, and they have their own garden where we grow lots of different things, like yummy bananas from the Canary Islands!

If you need special food because you can't eat gluten, just let Shambhala Yoga School know. They'll make sure to give you safe and tasty ingredients that are just right for you.

P.S.: Some students wonder if they have to cook for themselves when they come here. But by the end of the course, they love cooking together in the kitchen. It becomes one of their favorite memories, showing how much fun they had and the friends they made during their time with Shambhala Yoga School.
