This training is your perfect opportunity to hone your skills as a Yin yoga instructor. Hosted in an array of beautiful location, the training comprises of a right mix of theory classes and practical demonstrations of the asanas, giving you the right tools and knowledge. Focusing on yin yang asana exploration, myo-fascial release, anatomy, and energy, this course takes you through the functional and energetic approach to yoga.
Your venue during this yoga teacher training course is a traditional style Spanish building surrounded by nature. There is a swimming pool and outdoor garden and space.
Yin yoga is the gentle application of tension and compression to the body which induces a healthy phase change in the tissue. The practice is characterized by long, static holds, using floor based asana for muscle relaxation and myofascial release, allowing for a meditative focus. Yin yoga focuses on strengthening the inter-connectivity of the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic dimensions of the body and its systems.
Shanti Atma Yoga explores the different approaches to Yin, taking a deeper look into four dimensions of the body, which are reflected in their respective module. You will find the right approach to Yin yoga for you, your mind, your body, and your student.
You will be provided with Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider certification on successful completion of the 100-hour training.

Becky is a ERYT-500 certified yoga teacher trainer who specialises in Yin yoga and fascial studies. She started teaching yoga on a rooftop in Guatemala as part of a women’s yoga collective. After several years of working in development and yoga tourism in Guatemala, Ecuador, Panama, Indonesia, England and Taiwan, she resided in India for the last 1.5 years, training students on 200 and 300-hour courses and Yin yoga. Becky now trains students all over the world, particularly in Europe and Asia. She particularly values her education in anatomy, physiology, and aromatherapy under FHT.
Victoria is originally from the UK but she has been traveling almost her whole life. She comes from an active childhood and also speaks fluent German. Her yoga journey started 10 years ago when someone told her about the benefits of bad office posture. Since then, she has traveled to India four times to learn, teach, and grow. She completed her first teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in Rishikesh in 2014 and she has also studied Prenatal yoga as well as Acro yoga.
This course is set in a beautiful mountain retreat center, surrounded by nature, which hosts a perfect environment for education, exploration and tranquility. The Pyrenees offer you an ambiance of solace and inner peace for self discovery and growth.
Delicious home cooked, vegetarian food will be served three times a day with the aim of nourishment and organic pleasure.
