Eligibility: 200-hour yoga teacher training from a yoga school registered with Yoga Alliance. The course will be conducted in English, so you should be able to speak, read, and write in English. Applicants should be between 18 to 60 years old at the time of admission, and provide a medical certificate if they are undergoing any treatments.

The Rajaji National Park sprawls over an area of 820.42 square kilometers along the foothills of Shivalik ranges. The Rajaji National Park was established in the year 1983 by amalgamating three wildlife sanctuaries namely Rajaji, Motichur and Chilla. The Rajaji National Park is rich in fossils which include both flora and fauna, thus giving a lot of opportunities to wildlife and nature lovers.
This newly constructed building is famous for its attractive paintings and statues from the Hindu mythology. It is situated just across from Lakshman Jhula.
One can find numerous temples here, while the beautiful statues in the area mesmerize the visitors. This place is also rich in eating joints and shops where one can do shopping.
This temple of Goddess Durga is situated on a hill at a distance of 25 kilometers. On foot it is 0,5 kilometers away from Narendranagar township and at a distance 0,3 kilometers from the Hindolakhal bus station. There is a road for jeeps and taxis to reach the temple from this place. Panoramic views of the Rishikesh valley and the snow-clad Himalayan peaks can be seen.
Crossing Lakshman Jhula, the main temple you will see is Kailash Niketan. The temple is a 13-storey structure slightly different from regular temples, and with sculptures of all the gods and goddesses.
This place is 12 kilometers away from Rishikesh on foot but by road it is at a distance of 38 kilometers.The legend has it that after taking poison found as a result of churning the ocean, God Shankar's troat turned blue and that is why the God Neelkanth was installed here. The devotees visit this place throughout the year but during the whole month of Shravan the temple is thronged by tourists and devotees alike.
There is also another suspension bridge across the Ganga which is known as Ram or Sivananda Jhula. Ram jhula is located three kilometres (1.9 miles) north of Rishikesh at Muni Ki Reti. Some of the Hindu ashrams and religious centers, like "The Gita Bhawan" and "Swarg Ashram", are located here.
Ram Jhula is also a connecting bridge between Swargadham, Gita Bhawan, and other temples with Sivananda Ashram. Though similar in design, this bridge is bigger than Lakshman Jhula. It has a span of 450 feet (140 meters) and it rises 59 feet (18 meters) above summer water level.
This Jhula is built over Ganga enroute from Rishikesh to Devprayag, at a distance of four kilometers from Rishikesh. The bridge connects the borders of Tehri and Pauri. The legend has it that Ram Chandraji's younger brother, Lakshman, performed penance here. After his name, this hanging bridge came to be known as Lakshman Jhoola.
A grand temple of Lakshman is situated in the vicinity of the bridge. There are many temples nearby which are worth seeing. You can cross the Ganges over this bridge that has become a landmark of Rishikesh. It is said that Lakshman crossed Ganges on jute ropes between the place where this bridge is built. A similar bridge near Lakshman Jhula is Ram Jhula.
