During the training, you will stay at Patnem Garden Cottages. You can choose to stay in single or double accommodation. All rooms are non-AC and you can upgrade to an AC room at an additional cost. The spacious accommodation with a pleasant environment helps you to learn the core of yoga with positivity all around.

The YTT in Goa has all the necessary amenities you will need including restaurants, chill out and dining areas, Wi-Fi, staff to assist you 24/7, toilet papers, and clean towels. Hot water is supplied through water heaters. The space has been designed to align with the wider purpose and values, respecting the environment, and looking after all living beings.

This 200-hour yoga teacher training Goa is created to teach you various aspects of yoga from asana (yoga poses), pranayama (yoga breathing technique), and teaching methodology to planning and sequencing a yoga class with anatomy.

This comprehensive curriculum also covers yoga philosophy based on the Yoga Sutras, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, and physiology for yoga teachers and yoga practitioners, among other topics related to the practice of cultivating a balanced life. Shivoham Yoga School strongly encourages you to bring your own creativity into your teaching practice.

By the end of the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Goa, you will learn Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga yoga as self-practice and be ready to teach classes based on this style of yoga, along with creating your own Vinyasa Flow sequences with various themes and teach yoga anywhere in the world.

This yoga teacher training course starts with a strong physical foundation, evolving into energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual practice. This teacher training course is a fusion of Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Note

At the end of the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Goa, there will be a written, as well as practical assessment, and full participation is expected from students in all classes. Attendance in all classes is mandatory and compulsory, if you fail to do so, there is a possibility that you will receive a certificate of participation whereas full participation students will receive a certificate of completion.

Shivoham Yoga school is located at Patnem Beach in South Goa, known for its pristine beaches, it is consistently rated one of the best places to do your YTT course and yoga retreats in the world. Shivoham Yoga in Goa is located near the beach, set back from the main road, nestled in the middle of beautiful natural surroundings, it allows you to be in nature and enjoy the beach and mountain vibes of Goa.

It is a safe and welcoming space of self-discovery where you can truly escape and connect with your inner-self. The beach is scenic and very popular amongst iternational tourists.

Food

At the restaurant, you will find a wide variety of exquisite vegetarian food with the taste and spice of Indian cuisine. All food is handled with love, care, and cleanliness. The vegetables and fruits are washed with filtered water, and every dish represents the passion they feel for food. Please note that the kitchen team does not offer any non-vegetarian food (including eggs). Please inform them of any dietary requirements when you book.
