Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic system of Hatha yoga that synchronizes breath and movement in a flowing sequence of asanas. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, fostering overall well-being and focus. Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore and inspired by his guru Sri T. Krishnamacharya, Ashtanga Yoga was initially designed for soldiers. It gained global recognition in the 1960s when Jois began teaching Western students. The 100-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training is open to yoga teachers seeking to expand their skills, dedicated practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding, wellness professionals wanting to incorporate Ashtanga Yoga into their practices, and beginners eager to explore its benefits.
