Yoga Teacher Training in Dharamshala, India

The Multi-Style TTC is widely regarded as our most popular course. This comprehensive yoga teacher training program provides an excellent opportunity to explore various styles of yoga. We cover a range of practices, from the traditional foundations of Hatha Yoga to the dynamic energy of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, as well as the blissful relaxation of Yin Yoga. By delving into these different yet complementary styles of asana practice, you’ll gain a well-rounded understanding of yoga. Each week, we place a deeper emphasis on Hatha Yoga, as it is considered the primary and most fundamental style of physical yoga. Through a rotating schedule, you’ll have the chance to experience different aspects of yoga asanas, allowing you to sample various “yoga flavors” and develop your own personal style of practice.
