The term “Vinyasa” means “to place in a special way,” reflecting the conscious movement and breath synchronization that help balance the body and calm the mind. Vinyasa practice generates heat and can include a cardiovascular component.
In your Vinyasa TTC, you’ll explore various class focuses (strength, balance, flexibility, etc.), learn sequencing and alignment, and practice Ujjayi breath. Expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and enjoy the process!
