The Multi-Style TTC is widely regarded as our most popular course. This comprehensive yoga teacher training program provides an excellent opportunity to explore various styles of yoga. We cover a range of practices, from the traditional foundations of Hatha Yoga to the dynamic energy of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, as well as the blissful relaxation of Yin Yoga. By delving into these different yet complementary styles of asana practice, you’ll gain a well-rounded understanding of yoga.
Each week, we place a deeper emphasis on Hatha Yoga, as it is considered the primary and most fundamental style of physical yoga. Through a rotating schedule, you’ll have the chance to experience different aspects of yoga asanas, allowing you to sample various “yoga flavors” and develop your own personal style of practice.
In addition to three hours of asana practice each day, the course also delves into yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, pranayama and meditation, mantra chanting, ecstatic dance, book sharing, and other enjoyable activities. These experiences will ignite your inner “yoga engine” and leave you feeling energized and inspired.
Embark on a transformative journey with an enriching schedule
Guru Hari was raised by a Nepalese father and Indian mother in a cross-cultural context near Rishikesh. From an early age, Hari rejoiced in and sung mantra. Presently, Guru Hari teaches traditional Hatha yoga combined with classical knowledge, experiential understanding, and wisdom, as well as a modern outlook. This style of yoga teaching by Guru Hari is essentially a Nath lineage tradition. Guru Hari is also a chef of Ayurvedic food which is known in yogi terminology as sattvic food.
For five years, Gonul Deveciouglu immersed herself in yoga, finding solace and growth in its practice. She has delved into its physical and spiritual aspects, complementing her journey with studies in hypnotic therapy, energy holistic, and aura education. Two years ago, she joined Shree Hari Yoga School, where she now teaches and manages. Specializing in Restorative, Yin, and Aerial yoga, she guides students toward self-discovery and inner peace. With each breath, she embodies yoga's essence, inspiring others on their paths to wellness and self-realization.
