Dr. Naveen Pandey

Dr. Naveen Pandey is a certified yoga teacher with more than seven years of experience. He is an expert of Hatha yoga and yoga philosophy. He has done many lectures and workshop on yoga in the national and international arena. He is also a master trainer of 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs and a gold medalist in yoga championship, and he also completed undergraduate, postgraduate, Ph.D. in yogic science, and CS from one of the renowned university, Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidalaya in Haridwar. As a yoga teacher and therapist, Naveen focuses on the yogic way of living.

Dr. Ritudhwaj Singh

Dr. Ritudhwaj Singh is an expert in Ayurveda and Indian medicine, a specialist of yoga philosophy and yogic anatomy, meditation specialist (specially disorders based meditation package), and he has a specialty in disease based yogic practices and Ayurvedic remedies. He is also an expert in Pranic healing (Prana therapy). He has six years experience of university teaching. He delivered more than 12 lectures in national and international programs (especially on human values and social disparity), and more than 10 workshops on health independency and entrepreneurship successfully organized.

Dr. Rohit Chobe

Dr. Rohit has a Ph.D and has been teaching philosophy of patanjali yoga sutras in the past 10 years in Rishikesh. He having the good quality of Mantra chanting and Music. He is born and brought up in Rishikesh and has learned many kinds of traditional meditation. His key skills are yoga philosophy, guided meditation, mantra chanting.

Dr. Kamta Sahu

Dr. Kamta Sahu is an instructor for Shriram Yog Prashikshan & Anusandhan Society's retreats.

Yogi Gyan Prakash

Yogi Gyan Prakash is young and energetic Ashtanga Yoga expert. and having good knowledge of Yoga. From the childhood he is practicing yogic techniques in his life. Yogi Gyan prakash certified international yoga teacher by Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar.

Parveen Sharma

Parveen Sharma is one of the most well-known Anatomy Teacher. She is most loved among her students for her very calm nature and her teaching style. She has started her Yogic Journey around 09 years back by joining 5 years integrated course at DSVV and completed her Masters in Yogic Science. After completing her Studies in Yogic Science she wanted to sharing the Yoga knowledge to society and yoga lover and then she started Teaching at various Yoga Schools. She has been teaching since 4 years and having a very vast experience in teaching.

"200 hour YTT July 2018"

Where to start? The best experience I could have hoped for! Naveen, Gyan and Parveen are the kindest and most knowledgeable of people, very professional and exceeded all expectations going above and beyond to not only teach us, but help us with Indian life, socialising and making us feel right at home, not just teachers but friends. The course covered an in depth yoga philosophy and a full syllabus of the whole yoga package with extra topics covered. The small class size meant we became a little family, making the experience even better and enough focus on us as individuals to progress. It was challenging at times but in the best way, I can't speak highly enough of it. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and the food was always delicious, location was peaceful and with nature and just a short walk to the shops and the Ghanga. I can't so thank you enough! A delight!! Rishikesh is lovely!

"Great experience!"

I really liked that they talked about yoga in the whole sense of the word, instead of just asanas. I learned so much in my 3 weeks there. Not only about yoga and how to practise it, but also about myself and how I function. Immensly grateful for my teachers and the knowledge they bestowed upon me. My boyfriend and I did the 200h Yoga Teacher Training in May 2018 with Shriram Yoga.

Naveen is a wise, balanced and friendly person with a big heart, he was looking after us and did everything to make our stay even better. Any question we had he was listening and helping us.

The place is beautiful and our group had a small size so it was a cozy familiar athmosphere and we could learn a lot. The things we learnt are highly valuable and they are already changing our lives and leading it in new directions.

We couldnt have chosen a better course to do our ttc.

"There is no words to describe this place."

The campus is surrounded by many gardens. It is quite and clean place. The teacher are more than wonderful. Providing good knowledge and support by asking for variety question. All are very elastic, friendly, with good heart and strong mind. Yoga instructors are very intuitive, gently and at the same time demanding. You will not leave this place as the same person you were before. The food is typical Indian food-rice, ciapati, Dahl soup, vegetables, beans, oily and spicy. But there are open for any suggestions. I asked for fruits for my breakfast and had it 😁 accommodation is good. There is no 5* but after being a yogi you don’t need much. It is comfortable clean, fan in every room, bathroom, towels, soap. Everyone are very friendly. This place is an yoga university. You live like other students here what is really great to absorb this spiritual energy. I really recommend this place for yoga course

"A real Indian experience"

The best of this retreat is that you get the chance of being sourounded by Indian culture everywhere, away from the western business of yoga that is developing nowadays. You learn, not just from the excellent teachers but from your environment as well. The teachers have the perfect way to balance the background from the students and their own. They push you hard, what sometime gives you some frustration, but to overcome it was the most rewarding of the learning process. Just a mini version of the daily life.
