At Shwaasa Ashram, special focus is given to food for all-around nourishment of the body and mind. Like a restful stay, a nourished body is essential for creating a healthy being and for the successful completion of the course.

Keeping the nature of the program and the students’ needs into consideration, Shwaasa offers food that is balanced, full of nutrients and cooked fresh. They serve three vegetarian meals a day with herbal drinks prepared by experienced chefs. Herbal tea is also served to the students giving them the much-needed boost for a long day of training.
