What is Yin yoga, and why is it important?

Yin brings people a valuable opportunity to find stillness within their physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. Not only diving into the complexities of their own unique physical structures and how that influences their own personal practice, yet finding understanding to then apply this to their students.

Yin and Yang is a concept of dualism, seemingly opposite forces interconnected and complementary to one another.

Yin meets yoga, diving deep into our physical being through asana and Pranayama, exploring Eastern philosophy with complimenting teachings of Chinese medicine bringing you deep into your consciousness and the self-finding union.

Yin yoga

This training will help you gain a deep understanding of the Yin yoga foundations, the tools to incorporate your teachings in a way that feels authentic to you, and most importantly, in a safe Trauma-Sensitive approach.

You will have an in-depth look into anatomy, the intricacy of the skeletons, joints, muscles, and fascia, and how this uniquely affects your own practice.

Look into the Chinese traditions of Chi, Yin and Yang theories, and the Meridians.
