Sophie, from Ireland, is your lead trainer and has over 2000 hours of training in Ireland, the UK, and Thailand and has also trained with Indian Guru Dr. Kumar, Bernie Clark, Patrick Beach, Kino McGregor, and many more. She discovered yoga in 2010 when she started practicing yoga in Dublin while working full-time. After years of practice and researching the market Sophie opened her own studio in 2012 in Ireland. Sophie decided to leave her job in 2017 to concentrate fully on the business. She has since traveled to India and continues her studies with Guru Dr. Kumar up until 2024.
