During this course, you will be accommodated at Swami Samarpan Ashram. If you would like to have a real ashram experience, this is definitely the place to be. The Swami Samarpan Ashram has eight rooms that can accommodate up to 16 persons. Basically, it includes shared rooms with two people per lodging. The ashram is growing its own garden with bananas, mangoes, lemons, rudraksha trees, and other vegetables.
It is gifted with nature, making your sessions one with the universe and making you forget about your problems in the world. Moreover, ashram is more of a home that embodies a simple living where one can develop a positive attitude and an understanding of selfless service. It is a place of inspiration because it does not teach or preach; it exhibits, and you imbibe what is applicable to you.
Ashram life does not require renunciation or rejection of the world. Rather, its goal is to change one’s perspective on everyday life. It is recommended that you stay in the Swami Samarpan Ashram for at least 20 days in a year to relax, unwind, and reestablish a more wholesome and balanced perspective in life.
This 200-hour yoga teacher training course is a valuable course among the courses of yoga training and is counted towards the 500-Hours certification. The program is for students who have already completed 300-Hours training. This course is the most advanced training of the course with various training of the yoga methods and techniques like the master's degree of the yoga studies. You will study advance asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas and advance kriyas, Kriya yoga, and Kundalini Tantra. Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to register as an RYT 500, as you will have completed 200-Hours in addition to your already completed 300-Hours.

Himalayan Master Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati is a direct disciple of Paramahamsa Niranjanananda of Bihar School of Yoga, munger in the lineage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, and disciple of Swami Shivananda Saraswati of the Divine Life Society, in the order of Advait by Vedanta Adi Guru Sankaracharya in 788 AD. The International Samarpan Yoga Awareness Foundation (ISYAF) was founded under his direction in 2001 and he is now the president of ISYAF. Presently, he is engaged in the deep metaphysical study and guides national and international yoga, Vedanta, Tantra, and Kriya yoga programs.
This training will take place in the veiled paradise of Swami Samarpan Ashram in Lakshman Jhula, Rishikesh, India. Swami Samarpan Ashram is situated around hills environment, where you can definitely focus on the yoga and meditation training.
You will be served Ayurveda vegetarian food during this training. This is to nourish not just your mind and soul but also your body. Being healthy is something that should be taken care of. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice.
Participants who do not comply with the ashram rules may be dismissed from the sequence. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cater personal dietary preferences beyond the yogic vegetarian meals.
