The “Expression” module is designed to enhance your individual authentic expression, confidence, and communication skills as a facilitator. You will explore strategies and tools for teaching Embodied Flow in a skillful and artful way. Through expression, you will expand and refine your art of composing and guiding a deep experience, take the seat of the teacher, and learn to attune your instrument to see, hear, and respond to the subtle energetic, physical and psychic layers of what is transcending in your classroom.
Located on the beach of Santa Maria Bay, at three kilometers away from the picturesque village of Naousa, Okreblue is surrounded by nature, just a few meters from the seafront, overlooking the beautiful beach and crystal clear water. The yoga platform at Okreblue is 140 square meters of wooden deck with wooden roof and bamboo walls. The owners Angelo and Sassy have nurtured this beautiful property for many years, ensuring that their guests can relax and enjoy the islands gracious gifts of peace and nature, without any distraction.
Okreblue apartments offer 15 rooms and studios, some of them with an equipped kitchenette. It also has apartments which can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. Situated among cedar trees, beautiful smells of thyme and just a few meters from the seafront, Okreblue offers what everyone needs for his ideal summer vacation: quietness, relaxation, nature, beautiful beach, and crystal clear waters.
Take your practice or teaching to the next level! Each of the three Advanced Yoga Modules (300 hours total / RYT 500 Standard) count for 100 credit hours towards the Embodied Flow School of Yoga 300-hour Advanced Training. These modules are also open to advanced yoga practitioners for credit with Continuing Education Units (CEU). These Advanced Yoga Modules can be taken by section or all together.
Students who take part in all three training modules will receive the 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certificate from Embodied Flow that allows for the registration with the internationally acknowledged Yoga Alliance.
In this advanced art of teaching laboratory, you will learn to lay the foundation, carve the path and offer touchstones that guide attention and sensation while masterfully inviting your students to step into the slipstream of being. This training will take place near the village of Naousa, on Santa Maria Beach from the island of Paros, in Greece. This extraordinary and naturally beautiful setting offers the perfect haven for tranquility, rest, positive energy, and rejuvenation.
The training includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. Please indicate about any dietary restrictions or food allergies. All meals are served at Caretta Restaurant Café, which is shaped as a caretta turtle.
The restaurant's Indian chef is Suresh, who is cooking healthy fusion Mediterranean Indian cuisine using organic ingredients, the majority of which are picked fresh daily from Okreblue’s organic garden. Menu includes Caretta's famous rich breakfast, salads, cold plates, smoothies with super foods, raw vegetarian, and vegan sweet delights and herbal teas.
Book your flight to arrive at Paros Airport (PAS) or at Mykonos Airport (JMK), and then take a 45-minute boat ride to Paros. The transport to the accommodation is not included.
Coming by boat from Athens there are two options: Pireaus port and Rafina port.
Rafina port is closer to the airport and you can get there either by taxi or bus. By bus it will take you about 45 minutes and it costs three EUR. By taxi it will take you less time but more money.
Pireaus port is further from airport than Rafina, and you can get there by bus, metro or taxi. The metro and bus are both very convenient because they will leave you just a few meters from where you get the boat to Paros. Both the bus and the metro take about one hour (the bus a little longer maybe depends on the traffic) to get to Pireaus and cost 10 EUR.
