"Last summer I went to India with Wren to start my 300 hours advanced yoga teacher training. During my time there, I had many experiences that I will remember for the rest of my life. Wren did a wonderful job introducing me to the country and I always felt very safe. Most people seem to be drawn to Northern India to study yoga. I feel very blessed to have experienced Southern India. It was a privilege to meditate in one of the most holy places in the world, Auroville, and I will never forget it, especially the Matrimondir. Studying in this sacred place made a huge impact on my yoga practice. India will always be a part of me as I move forward in life, thanks to Wren."

"I want to piggy back on what was already said.. I have been to Mexico twice with Wren and have gotten more out of those experiences than any other workshop Ive done. It's an all inclusive experience that does not compare to being in a studio learning postures. Its an active day of breathing in Yoga for it's entirety with a group of people with similar goals and desires to learn and grow in their personal and professional practice. Wren truly is an inspirational leader on many levels and I've learned so much from her and always feel welcomed around her as her personality is warm, fun and nurturing :) I highly recommend going if you're thinking about it... it's not only a vacation, it is a community building experience that continues to unfold even after returning!Best wishes on whatever you decide :)"

"My experience in Mexico with Wren put me in such a great place physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I wasn't really sure what to expect but it was more than I could have ever asked for, as I was able to get deeper into my practice without the distractions of regular everyday life. I left feeling like I had a whole new community that I have woven into my life now and who will always just be like family. You make special bonds when you go abroad and share a common experience and that is truly priceless! You are going to love your experience, I can't wait to see where life takes you next!"

"I enjoyed the few yoga classes I took at this small studio. It seems like they have something for everyone at a great price. The instructors were good at explaining poses and the classes were all different. I would go back if I still lived downtown since its right across the Broadway Bridge."
