"An outstanding training & agame changer of your yoga journey"

The Peaceful Warriors training exceeded my expectations to say the least! In addition to learning about the Asana practice and the physical aspects of Yoga, the training complements your learning with so much more: Anatomy, meditation, breathing, the history and the philosophy of Yoga, Nutrition, Ayurveda, etc, putting the yoga practice and lifestyle into a much more wholistic context.

Every class I attended brought me with so much understanding of not only yoga but also who I am. I felt that I was learning and expanding as a person, which is essential if you would like to take your practice to share with other students.

Bente and Maria as the main teachers of the YTT are fully dedicated, inspiring and deeply knowledgeable. Their teaching methods complement one another which exposes the students to various ways of teaching from day one. They are also available to answer any question at all points of the training.

The guest teachers are also amazing experts and add tremendous value to the learning.

Bente and Maria eased the group into the idea of teaching, starting with peer-teaching, then small groups before you can confidently stand and teach the whole class.

The space where we practiced was beautiful, overlooking the rice fields of Bali and waking up to the sunrise before practice was just priceless.

The teachers facilitated the group dynamic and created such a strong team spirit throughout the journey.

That is why I highly recommend this YTT without any hesitation

"Your Vibe attracts your Tribe"

The YTT of the Peaceful Warriors in Bali, is a must go and do if you have the time to do a yoga teacher training abroad. The teachers are of a very high quality, not to mention a good deal of fun and inspirational. I did not expect the training to be this life changing for me, but it was. I was also very lucky to be able to share it with 25 amazing people from all over the globe. I can truly call the Peacefull Warriors YTT January 2018 my yoga family.

The Peaceful Warriors

It’s difficult to know where to begin in describing the excellence of training I received from the Peaceful Warriors. From the moment our group met, it was obvious that every possible detail had been thought of. The schedule was thorough but still allowed us time to see the local area and feel a real part of Bali. The support from our leaders Bente, Maria and all other staff was second to none. They were always available day or night for any queries and it was clear that they fully appreciated the roller coaster that a yoga teacher training can take an individual on, not just physically but emotionally. Since leaving the course, they have remained in contact and support all of our next steps whether we took the training to become a teacher or to deepen our practice. In most classes I have attended since finishing, the teacher has been able to recognise that I have undertaken a training often commenting on the understanding of my own body and postures that I now exhibit. And that is what the Peaceful Warriors give you in abundance; not just learning how to break down a posture or sequence and teach it successfully but a true knowledge of what yoga is about so that you can share that understanding where ever you go.

The Peaceful Warriors

Bente, Maria and their Peaceful Warrior team are so kind, caring, professional and well-prepared! I love how they arranged the timing of our classes and workshops everyday. Not too full packed so we had time to register all the information before moving on to the next subject. I love the asana lab and workshops that Bente and Maria prepared for us, Ayurveda with Lauren was super! (Lauren is super helpful, fun and kind! I did the prenatal/postnatal and kids yoga training with her as well, and it was awesome!!!), Nutrition with Kirsten was amazing, she really knows her stuff!. I have learned so many amazing things during this training, I really enjoyed it. I was surprised (and sad!) how fast the time flew by.. I really wish I could do it all again.

The Peaceful Warriors

I wanted to thank you both again for putting together an amazing month! Upon arriving home. I arranged a meeting with the guys from cross-fit and I’ll now be teaching 4 weekly yoga classes at their studio. I also start teaching at the yoga studio, starting next week. All this is something I’ve wanted to do for a while and I feel like it’s a bi-product of you guys putting together an amazing Yoga Teacher Training. So thank you again!
