Carol Murphy is an advanced practitioner of Yin yoga, having first started the practice in 2012 to balance her yang practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. She completed a 100-hour Yin teacher training in 2014. She is an E-RYT (Experience Yoga Teacher), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider), and a Lead Trainer for Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour yoga teacher training.
