The 200 Hour Yoga TTC certified by Yoga Alliance is designed to train you in several aspects of Yoga – from Kriyas to Asanas through philosophy and anatomy, with an accent on teaching practicum and teaching methodology to prepare you to become an independent Yoga Teacher. It is a first level of training which allows you to start teaching yoga all over the world. Through Trimurti Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program, you can become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
The cottages and huts in the resort have all attached bathroom, with hot showers (the place is equipped with the solar system). You will be able to choose between single or shared rooms, in concrete cottages, wooden huts or apartments. Each cottage contains a fan, two cupboards, side table, two single beds, and fresh linen. Huts contain fans, smaller shelves, side tables and beds with fresh linen.
This is basic, but intensive yoga course for those who want to deepen their yoga practice, get to know the history and philosophy of Yoga, learn Yogic anatomy and understand the influence of asana practice on the human body. This course is especially dedicated to people who want to start teaching Yoga and need appropriate certificate, however everyone is welcome here.
The following topics are covered in this program:
Art of teaching: teacher’s qualities , intention and attitude, teaching styles, observation, giving instructions, feedback, sequencing, class management and class routine, principles of demonstration – theory and practice (“mirror” versus “real”, how to demonstrate, how not to demonstrate, practice in groups and feedback)

The resort is prepared especially for Yoga courses in South Goa, between Agonda and Palolem. It is located in a small coconut forest, hidden from the touristic crowd, yet very close to the market and beaches around. You can grab one of the bicycles or scooters available in the centre at any time, and go for a swim or shopping.

You will be served three vegetarian meals daily, from Monday to Friday and breakfast on Saturday. You will be able to enjoy the famous local bread poi, traditional Indian thalis, salads and fruits. Most of the products come from organic farms, as the school tries to support the local community. A special diet on your request can be provided (gluten free, diary free, vegan, diabetes, allergies, etc.)
