"I could not be happier with my decision to complete my yoga teacher training through Karo and Ajays school last May. Yoga TTC May IndiaI was traveling throughout India and wanted to complete my 200 hours but was very about choosing the right school. Im so blessed and fortunate to have chosen Trimurti Yoga and the experience continues to resonate with me daily. The instruction is very thorough and covers a huge spectrum of material.I felt very comfortable with all the teachers. Yogeshs knowledge of Pranayama, diet and yogic philosophy was very impressive. I love some of the breathing techniques he taught. Karo is nurturing, sensitive and a wonderful teacher. She is great at teaching adjustments and creating dynamic, confident instructors. My favorite tip from her that I use almost every time I teach is practicing alongside your students, right next to them, when demonstrating.Ajay is very laid back and welcoming, he makes everyone feel comfortable and at home. The whole team works to accommodate each individuals needs and requests. I now live in New Orleans and have been teaching since completing the program. I teach at a few different studios throughout the city and Ive found the transition into life as a yoga teacher to be much easier than I initially expected. Im very happy with my choice to teach yoga and I think it will be a lifelong journey!"

"I am Indian, Living in Germany. Since years I wanted to learn Yoga and could never do it because I did not like the orthodox approach of Indian teachers who makes Yoga a religion Yoga is for me meditation and tool to bring awareness into life. Then I met Karo and Ajay and I did my course with them.I loved their way to look at yoga, giving more space to student to explore, the best philosophy teacher, ready to exchange views, and most precious thing is teaching to accept to be in the moment, in your asana, and not forcing to reach somewhere, or to performbecause you can reach somewhere only if you start from HERE. Karo supports that in her teaching.. I love both of them. Thank you Karo & Ajay!"

"My time spent at Trimurti was simply beautiful. What an unforgettable experience! A friend told me before attending the course that its effect on a person is life changing. She said it would positively impact the way I would act, speak, and think from then on. How true she was. The things I learnt at my TTC will stay with me forever.I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to do this in my lifetime. In fact, I would do the course again a million times over, and I wouldnt dream of doing it with anyone else other than Trimurti. Karolina and Ajay are phenomenal people and friends. I have nothing but great respect and admiration for them both. Thank you, Karo and Ajay for a marvelous time. You guys hold a special place in my heart. See you again soon!"

"Such a wonderful and rounded experience from my TTC with Trimurti. The knowledge and experience of all the teachers really complimented each other and gave us the opportunity to be exposed to different schools of thought regarding yoga. I never felt like I was pressured to pursue a certain idea, but rather take the knowledge presented to me and mold it to my own style. Highly recommend for anyone interested in a well-rounded learning experience for their TTC."

"I did my TTC at Trimurti in Dharamsala in April 2015. I absolutely loved every minute of it! The teachers were amazing with lots of knowledge and really caring about the students. I got to learn so much about yoga, but also about myself. The amazing nature in Dharamsala is just a bonus. I am so happy that I choose Trimurti as the school for my training and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in yoga and who want to do a TTC."

"I can highly recommend Trimurti Yoga School. I did my TTC in April 2015 in Dharamsala and had a mind-blowing time. The schedule is pretty compact, but you learn so many interesting things about the world of yoga that you forget about time. Also the practice is very diversified as you get to learn 3 different Yoga styles intensive, but still will get Yoga classes in other styles.. which I honestly didnt know until then. The accommodation is good and the food is delicious. The teachers are from different parts of the world, as are all the students. The most beautiful part of it is that you dont feel like in school again because everyone can share their experiences and that makes it more a sharing circle. This is a great community and I can only say I would do it again and again :-)"

"My time at Trimurti Yoga in Dharamsala was a mind-blowing experience and I feel I still profit from this month in the beautiful Himalaya Mountains! The teachers are all very different, each one of them has his own unique style and you can take something from everyone. But they all have in common that they are so dedicated to what they are doing, that they love their students and that they wanna share as much knowledge as possible. The offer of a Multi-Style -TTC gives you so much insight into different styles and forms and I found it very inspiring just realizing that my knowledge is just the tip of the iceberg and that there is so much more to discover! My accommodation was great, with a beautiful view, hot water and so peaceful. For me it was important to find a trustful school and I have to say I did the best choice going to Trimurti. But besides all these facts I want to say, I feel like I received an invaluable treasure - a time that changed my life and that I will keep in my heart forever."
