Pre-application requirements

This training is for yoga teachers of any lineage and education with at least 6 months of teaching experience. You should also have the ability and willingness to communicate in English, as well as Wi-Fi and account with Zoom (free).

Certifications

The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only if completed before September 30, 2020.

How the training works

For the sake of flexibility with time zones, and also for additional value, the team will pre-record the morning practice. Each day starts with a discussion about the class. After that, they mix live stream, group work, and individual work throughout the day. You can opt to finish the day with a recorded calming practice or spend more time on your tasks, whichever serves you better at the time.

It is suggested that you retreat to a space that is only yours for the duration of the training, free from other people and distractions. You will need a yoga mat, decent Wi-Fi, and a screen for Zoom classes.

Timing of sessions / daily schedule (GMT)

The morning class will be scheduled at your convenience (can be done the night before depending on timezone). The live streamed sessions are the time you have to be available and present, a mix of on- and offline with breaks for meals, group work, etc.: 11 a.m.–6 p.m. GMT.

Allow at least 10 hours/day in total for the training.
