Janine’s yoga journey started in 2008. First for the physical practice but not long after that for the feeling of wholeness, a calm mind and the ability to see things differently. Over the past 10 years she completed around 1200 hours of training including Multi-Style, Jivamukti, and Yin yoga. Her love for yoga became her life path and Janine feels it is her social duty (dharma) to share the healing power of yoga and breathwork with as many others as possible. Her teaching comes with integrity and passion, it is of importance to her to pass this quality on to all future yoga teachers.
