Janine’s yoga journey started in 2008. First for the physical practice but not long after that for the feeling of wholeness, a calm mind, and the ability to see things differently. Over the past 10 years, she completed around 1200 hours of training including Multi-Style, Jivamukti, and Yin yoga. Her love for yoga became her life path and Janine feels it is her social duty (dharma) to share the healing power of yoga and breathwork with as many others as possible. Her teaching comes with integrity and passion, it is of importance to her to pass this quality on to all future yoga teachers.
Paula’s yoga journey began in 2018 when she experienced the benefits of a daily mediation practice for her emotional life. Being drawn to the mat by the wish of reconnecting to her feelings and mental dimensions, she soon started to dive deeper into this Universe called yoga. Being completely captivated by the power of yoga, Paula completed a 200-hour multi-style teacher training course and 60-hour continuous education for Yin yoga and TCM within a short time and started working as yoga anatomy teacher for teacher-training programs.
