Pre-application requirements

This course is open to all levels but mostly benefits those who have graduated from a 200-hour yoga teacher training program.

Certifications

You will receive a certificate of completion if you successfully complete this training.

How the training works

The training lasts for 1 month. There will be a live Zoom session every Tuesday for an hour. You are also required to complete the 4 weeks of interactive self-study via tuning In's Online Academy. There will also be a research assignment that is due in August that you have to complete in order to pass this training.

The Online Academy currently hosts an effective, simple, user-friendly platform. Everything you need is right there. You will be provided with weekly lectures, videos and themes, assignments, and readings, and can enjoy it all in the comfort of your own home, at a pace that feels good for you. Along with this, you have a community group for discussion and questions, and direct access to your course lecturers.

Timing of sessions or daily schedule (SAST/GMT+2)

The weekly live tut-classes will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. All times are based on Cape Town, South Africa time (SAST/GMT+2).
