Bounty Resort features deluxe sea view rooms with large balconies, fan bungalows with great sea views, modern fan rooms, and air-con rooms with partial sea view balconies. Shared rooms have two double beds. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. You can also just pay tuition and book your own accommodation. Program

The schedule is balanced so you don't burn out and still have time to enjoy paradise. There are sometimes lectures during mealtime, longer evening sessions, educational excursions, and self-study. There is also optional bonus online studies, which you can complete before the course to help you prepare.

Certificate

ULU Yoga is a 200/300/500-hour registered school with Yoga Alliance ID 198078. Upon successfully completing this course you will receive a certificate of completion and become eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher.

Yoga Practice

Each morning begins with Hatha, Vinyasa, or Aerial yoga practice. The evening features Yin, yoga Nida or Restorative yoga. Both sessions include meditation, pranayama, and kirtan. Some sessions may take place at the beach or substitute with a special event like an ecstatic dance or a trip to the sauna.

Asanas

Analyze the form and function of individual yoga poses from various categories. Learn about their common foundation and how to build upon it in order to achieve correct alignment and technique, advanced variations, and modifications for different levels, styles, and needs.

Teaching Practice

Practice teaching every day. Learn teaching skills, cueing, sequencing, corrections, and adjustments. Receive detailed feedback to grow and develop into a competent instructor.

Workshops

Special workshops include Acro yoga (1x week), SUP yoga (1x week), yoga for injuries, hands-on adjustments, transitions, sequencing, class design, prenatal yoga, mantra singing, advanced pranayama, and meditation techniques, working with props, and more.

Anatomy

Gain a deeper understanding of bodily systems, structures, and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. See how specific muscles respond to the movements of the joints with biomechanics; how alterations of a pose can enhance or reduce effectiveness; how the spine, breathing, and body positions are all fundamentally linked.

Philosophy

Discover your true self and the deeper nature of reality through the sacred wisdom of ancient yogic philosophy. Learn to apply these lessons in the real world to cultivate a holistic lifestyle. Topics include the vedas, yoga sutras, Bhagavad Gita, 8 limbs, nature of self/soul, nadis, chakras, consciousness, karma, gunas, ego, tantra, and more.

Included excursions

This course includes one journey to the mystical Dome sauna for detox. Purge your body of lethal toxins in the steam room. Boost your immune system. Reduce stress and anxiety with sound healing and stargazing around the bonfire.

Location

Koh Phangan, Thailand is a magical island with pristine beaches, lush green nature, mountains, and waterfalls. This course takes place at Bounty Resort, which has an ocean view yoga shala, swimming pool, delicious restaurant, and three perfect beaches all within walking distance. Nearby are many great cafes and shops.

Food

Purify your body with plant-based intermittent fasting. Enjoy a nutritious green smoothie for lunch and a delicious vegan buffet for dinner. Meals are served within a 6-hour window. This is a great diet for detox, weight loss, allergies, and rejuvenation. But it’s not required to eat this way and you can order breakfast if you want.

Arrival by airplane
