Study the correct practice, form, and alignment of about 50 traditional hatha yoga asanas. Learn sun salutations and various other sequences to accommodate different ages and levels. Connect poses with movement and breath to create graceful dynamic vinyasa flows.
ULU Yoga is famous for its cushioned aerial swings and unique style. Mix aerial with traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Acro, Restorative & performance. Swings support the body weight to enhance the range of motion, attain correct alignment, do advanced poses, decompress the spine & cure back pain. Also, practice with regular silk hammocks.

He is RYT 200 Ashtanga Vinyasa, certified in Aerial Yoga, Thai Massage, TEFL, CELTA, completed several Buddhist meditation courses, volunteered extensively at organic farms and retreat centers, did graduate studies in International Education, taught as a university instructor, plus worked in music theater production and performance. Shahi (Germany) is manager and lead instructor at ULU Yoga. She is certified RYT 500h Hatha Yoga & 500h Aerial Yoga. Vik (Germany, Russia) is a fully qualified Therapeutic Yoga Instructor (500 hrs) with a master degree in chemistry engineering. Her deep craving for study and development of the human nature allow her teachings to reach into profound depths. Cody (South Africa) started yoga in 2010 and is Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 in Multi-Style Yoga with additional certifications in Aerial and SUP Yoga. Cody has several years experience as lead instructor on numerous Yoga TTC’s, mindfulness retreats and Mixed Movement Arts and Parkour workshops in Bali, India, Malaysia and Cambodia. Cody's passion for movement as a whole interconnected discipline translates into all of his classes. Koh Phangan is an island in the gulf of Thailand. It has banks and supermarkets near the pier, but mostly the island is still pristine beautiful nature. The airport is on the next island Koh Samui, which is only a 30-minute ferry ride. Because of this, Koh Phangan has no traffic or pollution or annoying tour groups like Phuket. It is a magical island paradise with breathtaking mountain views, green jungles full of wildlife, heavenly turquoise waters, and golden rainbow sunsets. The course takes place near Haad Yao Beach, which is 15 minutes' north of Thong Sala, where the main ferry terminal is. 10 minutes south of Thong Sala is Baan Thai, where many cheap hostels and parties take place like half moon, black moon, shiva moon and jungle experience. At the southern end of Baan Tai, there is a crazy road that goes over the mountain to the east side of the island where Thong Nai Pan beach and Than Sadet beach are located. 20 minutes south of Thong Sala is Haad Rin beach, where the Full Moon party takes place.

Snorkeling is a nice way to get a glimpse of the beautiful underwater world around the island. There are many great snorkel spots on the island, especially on the Northwest coast. One of the best spots is located around the little island of Koh Ma (Horse Island), off Mae Haad beach at the Northwestern tip of Koh Phangan.
Boat trips around the island or to other islands can be arranged at reception. The most popular is Angthong National Marine Park, a fascinating archipelago of 42 tropical islands, limestone islands and cliffs which rise from the sea as dramatic and bizarre rock formations. hidden emerald lagoons, white sandy beaches, coral gardens.
Phaeng Waterfall National Park is located in the village of Madua Wan. The park has a nice waterfall close to the entrance and some trekking routes to mountaintop viewpoints, including a long winding foot trail leading up to Koh Phangan’s highest mountain peak Khao Ra of 630 meters.
A don yang is a huge tropical tree and this gigantic specimen measures 14 meters in diameter, stands to branch off leaves and limbs for hundreds of years.
The Chinese temple is the result of the dream a woman had in 1990 in which the (Chinese) Buddha spoke to her and asked her to build a firelight for the people.
Wat Khao Noi is the oldest temple on Koh Phangan with ancient buildings and Chedis. The Buddha statue inside has been there for more than 300 years now.

Please book your flight to arrive at Samui Airport (USM) or Surat Thani Airport (URT).
From Koh Samui Airport (USM), you may buy a joint bus & ferry ticket (30 minutes, 400 THB) to Koh Phangan - Thong Sala pier. Buses leave the airport almost every hour from 08:00 until 16:30. So plan to arrive at the airport by 16:00. There is also a 18:00 ferry, but it goes to Haad Rin pier which is over 40 minutes from the yoga center.
From Surat Thani Airport (URT), you may buy a joint bus and ferry ticket (1 hour + 3 hours, 500 THB) to Koh Phangan - Thong Sala pier. Buses leave the airport almost every hour from 08:00 until 16:10. So plan to arrive at the airport by 15:40 to catch the last ferry, which departs from Surat Thani - Donsak Pier at 18:00.
From Koh Phangan - Thongsala pier, you may take a taxi (20 minutes, 150 THB) to Bounty Resort, Haad Yao.
