Students receive a printed course book with over 100 poses and anatomical charts, health info, history of Aerial yoga, benefits and risks of each pose, teaching methodology, sample classes and templates to structure original classes, detailed technical information about equipment and safety, set up instructions for various locations.
What really makes ULU Yoga unique is they created their own cushioned aerial swing, which is popular around the world. ULU Yoga Swings provide superior safety, comfort, control, balance and therapeutic applications compared to regular aerial silks and hammocks. From Ubud, take a transport to Padang Bai (e.g. Perama bus or taxi) - about an hour's drive. There you can catch all sorts of fast boats to the Gili Islands (1.5 hours on the boat).
