This 50-hour yoga teacher training is the first part of a 200-hour course. You can finish all remaining 3 parts to get a 200-hour certification.

During the 50-hour teacher training course program, you will learn:

  • Practice different sequences of meditation, pranayama, and asana
  • Practice teaching and adjusting Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga
  • Understand the underlying philosophy and history of yoga and asana
  • Understand how to prevent common yoga injuries

You will gain teaching skills of:

The teacher training program is a great help to trainers who want to set up their own yoga classes beginners. It will provide them with fundamental knowledge of yoga and meditation. This 50-hour yoga teacher training program is executed by experienced and dignified meditation guides along with a team of artful yoga teachers.

The program also enlists the sessions from an experienced Ayurveda doctor to share his / her comprehension and practice of pristine traditions with contemporaneous elements of medical sciences (yoga anatomy and physiology).

In addition to it, this 50-hour yoga training program includes mantra recitation (mantra - Japa), everyday joints and glands practices (Granthi - Vimochana - Kriya), yoga postures (yoga asanas), meditative footstep of doing asanas. You can even learn about the six cleansing exercises (shat karma), the science of breath (pranayama), meditation (Dhyana), yogic sleep (yoga Nidra), history and philosophy of yoga (yoga Darshana), yogic anatomy and physiology of the human body, as well as basic principles of Ayurveda.

Aerial yoga
