The accommodation options are on private and double room occupancy basis. You will have your own private room and bathroom to take comfort in. Vinyasa Yoga Shala believes that it is important for each student to have their own private sanctuary in order to retreat inwards, reflect, and recharge after an intense day of class.

Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, table and chairs, and a private bathroom. A 24-hour hot and cold water facility for a soothing warm shower after a full day of practice is also offered.


Vinyasa Yogashala is a certified yoga school by Yoga Alliance. A 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive course that covers Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow Yoga, Pranayama (Breathing techniques), Meditation, Anatomy & physiology of body in a yogic way, Philosophy of yoga, the classical way of learning from experienced teachers and gurus. The 28-day course follows Yoga Alliance stndard, preparing you to spread the knowledge of Yoga to others. Vinyasa Yogashala is Creative, Inspiring and Dynamic. The goal is simple; to inspire others by sharing an extensive yoga knowledge. Vinyasa Yogashala is the school in the Yoga Capital of the world, offers Teacher Training which follows Yoga Alliance standard with a focus on Vinyasa yoga.

During the opening ceremony, you will be provided a complete yoga kit which includes books for study, notebook, neti-pot, rubber neti, school t-shirt and 1 text notebook and pen. After completion of the course, you will be awarded with a certificate that you can use to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) which means you will be able to teach yoga anywhere around the world.

Every single student in the class will get the personal attention of the individual teachers as our all the yoga gurus are highly qualified, experienced holder and well-known name around the world.

The teachers are highly qualified and specialized in their field. They learned from the different Ashrams and Gurus the different techniques of yoga. Either all the teachers are RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) or completed their Masters in Yogic Science. Teachers apply their best techniques and skills in their teachings and can help the students to get perfect in their practice as well as well as get rid of the issues.


Students who complete their subsequent trainings are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

This 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course is for those who would like to deepen their practice, for all levels. This program registered with Yoga Alliance. It is for those who would like to deepen their knowledge and practice in different aspects of yoga, anatomy, Ayurveda, and yogic life. During the course, you will assimilate not only the main subject of yoga but also learn the principles of yogic Philosophy which will put you on the right path.

Yogic Mudras (gestures) are a combination of subtle physical movements which alter mood, attitude and perception and which deepen awareness and concentration.

A mudra may involve the whole body in a combination of asana, pranayama, bandha and visualization techniques, or it may be a simple hand position. The aim is to create fixed, repetitive postures and Gestures which can snap the practitioner out of instinctive habit pattern and establish a more refined consciousness.

Bandha is defined as “binding” tie, hold back, restrain or lock. The basic premise of the bandha is that by restraining or locking the muscles on a physical level, a subtle unlocking occurs on a mental or energic level. Bandha regulate the flow of energy and assists the practitioner in asana. As well as learn the types of Bandha (Locks) and its importance.

During this teacher training, three daily meals with beverages are included in the price.

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), from where you can take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED). Upon your arrival, we have a complimentary taxi waiting for you, which will bring you from Dehradun airport to our yoga school at Upper Tapovan, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.


From the Delhi airport, you can get a taxi to bring you to Delhi ISBT bus station. From there you can find many government and private transportation to bring you to Rishikesh. Once you arrive at Rishikesh bus station, your complimentary pick up will be waiting for you to bring you to our yoga school at Upper Tapovan, Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.


The nearest railway station is Rishikesh train station and Haridwar Train Station. From there you will find many buses, taxis and other transportation services that will bring you to Rishikesh. If you want Vinyasa Yogashala to help you arrange transportation from Haridwar or Rishikesh, kindly let them know.
