WAY YOGA INTERNATIONAL stands for a creative yoga style which also has a strong focus on intelligent alignment and with great emphasis on anatomical safety and joint care for healthy and responsible yoga. Class sizes will range from 10-16 students to ensure a quiet learning atmosphere.
Every day will be filled with theoretical and practical knowledge of yoga, yoga practices, and meditative walks on the beach and in the surrounding nature.You will be learning new Asanas everyday, not only from your teacher, you will also be practicing to teach classes yourself to ensure you get a maximum of consciousness on how to correctly hold a class. At the end of your Yoga Teacher Training, you will have the experience in leading at least one full class under a trainer's evaluation.
The whole program was built to suit the guidelines set by the American Yoga Alliance (AYA). Not only will you will learn about Asanas, you will also learn about the spiritual and theoretical aspects of yoga. WAY YOGA INTERNATIONAL will teach you about meditation, pranayama, the 8-limb path, Chakras, Ayurveda, and more.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a knowledge of English that allows to read, write, and speak to a level of full comprehension
- Have read and understood the training's contents
- Have acquired some basic experience in yoga prior to the training (minimum half a year of practice)
- Have a level of health that will allow student to participate in training
- Have a level of self discipline that will allow student to refrain from drug and alcohol use during the training
Accreditation
All 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings offered by WAY YOGA INTERNATIONAL are accredited by the American Yoga Alliance (AYA), the internationally recognized credentialing body for yoga teacher certification. Upon completion of training, you will receive a certificate from WAY YOGA INTERNATIONAL that entitles you to register as an AYA Registered Yoga Teacher 200h (RYT200) and you will be able to teach Hatha Yoga as well as Vinyasa Yoga classes for all levels.

Schedule
Graduation certificate will be placed in your folder for you to download after you complete your Yoga Teacher Training. Please note, during the 16 days of training you will not have time to explore the country and should focus your energy on the training. Two lead trainers will be accessible for students during training hours.
