What is a 300-hour yoga teacher training?

The 300-hour yoga teacher training offers an advanced yoga training curriculum designed for the experienced yoga instructor who is intentional about developing their yogic skills to the next level. This residential intensive course provides specialized tools for personal transformation and professional growth.

A 300-hour advanced training is designed to build upon and deepen the trainee’s understanding of the fundamental concepts of the practice and teaching of yoga that are taught during the 200-hour course. This prepares trainees to teach advanced principles and techniques of yoga in more (and subtler) detail. This enables you to teach with greater skill and precision than could reasonably be expected of a 200-hour trained teacher.

The curriculum is designed to deliver this training during 300 hours of experiential practice, written assignments, presentations, excursions, and discourse. You also cultivate enhanced business essentials for developing your brand, messaging, and marketing your offerings.

What will you learn in the course

Swadhyaya Yoga School + Well Daily has designed courses in the most comprehensive and unique way. The training is designed for the experienced yoga instructor who envisions themselves taking their skills to the next level. Trainees will experience a residential intensive yoga course that provides specialized tools for personal and professional growth. This 300-hour yoga teacher training builds on your technical skills and helps you elevate your approach to teaching.

The Hatha yoga modules accentuate yogic philosophy and understanding how to bring all eight limbs of your yoga practice to life while providing opportunities to learn and experience what it means to be an inspiring yoga instructor who helps bring true transformation to students’ lives. Asana classes emphasize practicing and guiding other yoga practitioners into more advanced expressions of various open-pelvis, closed-pelvis, balance, forward-bending, twists, back-bending, side-bending, inversion, and palm balance asanas. The instruction provided is intended for intermediate to advanced-level yoga practitioners.
