The daily practice takes place in a beautiful open-air yoga shala constructed with a Balinese-designed structure with stunning views of the ocean and a refreshing sea breeze. After practice, take a dip in the stunning infinity pool or stroll along the beach, which runs along the edge of the property. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day in this tropical oasis.

  • Mantras, chanting, Mudras and Kriyas, lesson planning
  • Yoga Nidra and meditation
  • Teaching practice: Testing and sharing your teaching skills with your co-teachers
  • Career: Business of yoga, communication skills, and safety norms

Included excursions

Three exciting weekend excursions will allow the students to explore the surrounding area with nature walks, local experiences, excursions to temples, rice paddy fields, shopping at local market, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dance, or whatever inspires you from the options to choose from. All Sunday activities are optional.

Nestled on the shores of East Bali within its own private coastline bay, Seraya Shores is surrounded by natural beauty and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The calm and serene environment and proximity to the ocean invites students to refresh their bodies and relax their minds, whilst being free from any external disturbances. 

Found only a few minutes drive from the beautiful shores of Virgin beach, Taman Ujung Water Palace and Karangasem Royal Palace and close to amazing surf, snorkelling, and diving spots, Seraya Shores will allow you to experience authentic Bali.

Food

Fresh and local vegetarian food is prepared by loving hands in the on-site kitchen. Breakfast, lunch, dinner snacks and tea are all included, and will follow the yogic diet.

The menu is full of traditional Indonesian dishes, vibrant soups and salads, homemade pickles and condiments. All food is vegetarian but can be customized to vegan, gluten free, raw, or Ayurverdic very easily. Each meal is served buffet style with a colourful array of delicious, nourishing dishes for you to help yourself. For example, breakfast might be coconut yoghurt, raw granola, and fresh fruit with a selection of cold pressed juices.

Students are encouraged to explore Bali in their free time on Sunday, as well as before and after the training. It's very common for students to link up for travel adventures after the training. The staff knows the area very well and is happy to provide guidance, and here are a few of the favorite activities:

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). The transfer is available for an additional cost. Please inquire for more details.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 16% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
