What will you learn in the course?

Well Daily + Swadhyaya Yoga School have designed courses in the most comprehensive and unique way, empowering you to stand apart as an inspired yoga teacher. The 300-hour curriculum builds on your technical skills and helps you elevate your approach to teaching. The Hatha yoga modules accentuate yogic philosophy and understanding how to bring all eight limbs of your yoga practice to life, while providing opportunities to learn and experience what it means to be an inspiring yoga instructor who helps bring true transformation to students’ lives.
