Brianna Persall, Yoga Instructor, Well Daily Founder, and Mimi Adeogba, International Yoga Instructor, Lifestyle Coach and Podcaster, will be there to lead this transformative experience – one that will guide you to tap into the power of your deepest intuition and embodiment while soaking up sacred Bali. Bali is magical, and will be your home for the next 50 days, where we will practice at Seraya Shores a tranquil haven nestled on the east coast of Bali. It’s easy to see beyond the hype as soon as you arrive and feel the warmth of the island, the people and the culture. You will spend each day close to the ocean watching the mesmerizing sunsets, cooling off in the sea and feeling the breeze in your hair. This beautiful property is meticulously designed to embrace you into the enchanting bounty, beauty and bliss of Bali. Each spacious room features A/C and a private sitting area along with a terrace overlooking the sea.
The daily practice takes place in a beautiful open-air yoga shala constructed with a Balinese-designed structure with stunning views of the ocean and a refreshing sea breeze. After practice, take a dip in the stunning infinity pool or stroll along the beach, which runs along the edge of the property. Enjoy breath-taking sunrises and sunsets every day in this tropical oasis.
Excursions on Sundays when there are no classes. The itinerary is subject to change.

Brianna is a certified nutritional practitioner, 500-hour certified yoga instructor, and founder of Well Daily. After studying design and marketing at Ryerson University in Toronto, ON, and working in the creative marketing industry for a few years, Brianna began to face personal health challenges, and it was then that she turned to alternative healing, and began her foray into yoga and holistic nutrition. Brianna received her 200-Hour training in Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow in Costa Rica. She then expanded her knowledge of the traditional roots of yoga.
Mimi is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and e-RYT 500-Hour certified with the Yoga Alliance, USA. She loves traveling, teaching about yoga asana, anatomy and physiology, and the yoga lifestyle. She is also the host of her own podcast "Shift Happens...on The Path of Yoga." Mimi received her 200-hour training in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, and Ashtanga yoga in Guanacaste, Costa Rica; and her 300-hour training in the holy city of Rishikesh, India, the capital of Yoga. Mimi holds a Ph.D. in natural health and healing and studied at Baylor College of Medicine and Yale University.

Fresh and local vegetarian food is prepared by loving hands in the on-site kitchen. Breakfast, lunch, dinner snacks, and tea are all included, and will follow the yogic diet.
The menu is full of traditional Indonesian dishes, vibrant soups and salads, homemade pickles, and condiments. All food is vegetarian but can be customized to vegan, gluten free, raw, or Ayurverdic very easily. Each meal is served buffet style with a colourful array of delicious, nourishing dishes for you to help yourself. For example, breakfast might be coconut yoghurt, raw granola, and fresh fruit with a selection of cold pressed juices.
