The "beyond styles" approach

The program of human nature always tries to bring people into a particularity. People have a particular body, a particular way of breathing, particular state of the mind, and they occupy particular space, eat particular food, and talk to talk to particular people. Similarly, there are also particular patterns in people's life approach.

Yoga is a practice to dissolve all such kinds of particularities and to break all kinds of patterns in life. The branding of any practice into a particular style itself indicates a restricted approach. Yoga is not at all a practice to which one can bring the concept of particularity. The practice of yoga is not to restrict your awareness into a particularity through any means.

Yoga is a journey to move from particularity to infiniteness. "Beyond style" is an approach where any kind of limitation, any kind of particularity, any kind of conditionings, whether it is at body, breath, or mind level, is harmonized with the existential infinite happening to experience oneness through wisdom beyond the state of mind. "Beyond style" is a practical path which brings this metaphysical state into a practical possibility in your day to day life.
