"Firstly, I wanted to thank you for everything that you taught me during those few weeks! I have learned so much about myself and I am continuing on my journey to discover more. I have been doing a lot self-study, reading, writing, and meditation, and I think my positive attitude has really caught on with those around me. You may never know how much of an impact you have had in my life."

"Tara is one of my favorite teachers of all times. She is an excellent yoga teacher. If you have ever taken even one class with her, this is clear. But she is not just a great teacher because of method or delivery, etc. She is a great teacher because she is an amazing person. She is warm and caring, open and sharing, sweet, soft, funny, playful and real. Who she is simply flows naturally into her teaching, and she has been a natural teacher from the start, only getting better and better as her own practice and teaching experience grow. Take any chance you get to practice with her."

"I can highly recommend Tara on both a personal and professional level, having hosted her at Shakti Yoga Byron Bay, experiencing her classes as a participant, and also co-teaching with her at Yatra Yoga in an intensive residential training. She is an exemplary teacher, giving 100% to every class and thoroughly trained in both the physical and spiritual aspects of the yoga spectrum. She truly embodies the yogic aspiration, and is a delight to be with. Her classes are always balanced, with an integrated approach for optimal benefit to all students."

"A friend told me about Tara Foltons teacher training and recommended that I do it. I ended up enrolling without the faintest idea of what I was getting myself into. Doing yoga for the better part of the day for several weeks straight isnt the easiest thing to do. But, on some deep level I knew exactly what I needed, and Yatra was there. The most humbling part of the Yatra experience wasnt the rigorous training of poses or Sanskrit but, the amount of self-inquiry and focus on personal transformation. Tara and her assistant, Kelly, created an environment that allowed us all to find our own path, but together. I will never forget the people that I was able to share my journey with and I am entirely grateful to have been apart of theirs as well."
