Students who complete their subsequent training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®)

How the training works

During this training, there will be 4 hours of live sessions per week, alternating on Saturday or Sunday. You will also be assigned 4 hours per week to watch some of the recordings, and for some assignments and self-study. This program will be running for 6 months with live teaching in a small group via Zoom. Recordings of the sessions are also available.

Timing of sessions or daily schedule (India Standard Time/Central European Time, GMT+6)

You will be required to attend the live sessions weekly (4 hours). The live sessions will happen alternately between Saturday or Sunday on the following schedule:

You will get to know all about Yin Yoga’s Oriental Medicine aspects, the Taoist Elements and the Chi flow. Immerse in Yin Yoga healing sequences according to the Taoist Elements and Meridians learn to integrate this ancient healing wisdom in your Yin Yoga practice and teaching.

Expand your own vital life force through the practice and purify your energy on a physical, mental, and emotional level. You will cover all the foundations of a classical yoga teacher training, get a solid overview of the basics of yoga, its history, philosophy, and ethics.

Embody mindfulness principles in your yoga practice and your life. You’ll learn all about mindfulness theory and practice to design mindfulness classes and guide your students through a mindful practice on the mat, and invite them to use mindfulness and additional tools like visualizations and mudras in their daily life to promote a long-lasting transformation.
