This yoga teacher training program is beautifully designed and crafted for beginner to advanced level. Yoga Bhawna Mission’s masters have set the theory and practical for all categories accordingly and have designed the basis of ample research and study. This is a full-time regular residential course, extended over period of four weeks. It will be conducted six days in a week.

The trainees need to understand role and significance of yogic attitude and yogic lifestyle in life. Keeping that aims in mind, the syllabus of the course incorporates all components of the basics of yoga, yogic practices, and its teaching method.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), where you can take a domestic flight into Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Yoga Bhawna Mission escort will pick you up from the airport.

Arrival by bus

You can either come to Deharadun or Rishikesh from New Delhi and it is strongly advised that you inform Yoga Bhawna team in advance so that they can help you with the arrangement of bus ticket from New Delhi and can escort you from the bus stand to avoid any confusion.

Yoga Bhawna Mission dedicated travel desk will assist you while booking your bus ticket. Please note that if you are coming from New Delhi by bus then ideally you should get down to Dehradun, but if you want to come to Rishikesh, then you need to advise Yoga Bhawna Mission in advance so that they can arrange a pickup from Rishikesh with nominal extra charge.

If you are more adventurous and want to explore by you own from New Delhi to Dehardun or Rishikesh, then please follow below instruction.

Depending on the time your plane arrives in Delhi, taking a bus can be a tricky option. The Volvo buses from Delhi to Dehradun stop running around 8:00 p.m. If your plane arrives in Delhi in the evening, you will have to get a hotel for the night and then make your way to Delhi ISBT (inter-state bus terminus) in the morning.

From the airport, get a prepaid taxi to take you to Delhi ISBT. You are strongly advised to only go to the government-approved taxi stand located right outside the airport exit. The price from the Delhi airport to Delhi ISBT will be 500 INR.

Once you arrive at Delhi ISBT, navigate your way to the bus station’s ticket stands on the second level (go up the escalator). Go to the Uttarakhand State booth and ask when the next Volvo bus will be leaving for Dehradun. The bus ticket approximately costs between 300 to 400 INR.

You should get off the bus at Dehradun bus station, which is usually their last stop if their destination is Dehradun. Once you arrive at Dehradun bus station, Yoga Bhawna Mission escort will coordinate with you as per email communication and name card.

Arrival by train
