Located at the back of the yoga shala, Yoga Bliss' large private bungalows offer AC, double bed, private bathroom, a kettle, an umbrella, and a mini-fridge

The guesthouse is located just five minutes away from Yoga Bliss and offers nice rooms with a large double bed, air conditioning or fan, private bathroom, and Wi-Fi.


Upon completion of this course, you will have a new-found confidence in your ability to assist and adjust students safely during their practice. You will be able to design an array of classes with specific outcomes and to teach yoga as a holistic science - one that touches body, mind and soul. This course which consist of 80 contact hours and 20 non-contact hours is led by senior teachers Lisa Nelson (E-RYT500) and Gwendoline Ferreira (E-RYT500 & YACEP). If you are already a 200-hour RYT, upon completion of the course and the accompanying project, you will be eligible to apply for 100 hours of continuing education credits. In order to continue growing as a teacher, all Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) must complete 45 hours of Continuing Education every 3 years.

Establishing and refining your personal practice is a key element of the program. Learn how to use your life experiences as inspiration for your classes and explore intermediate and advanced asanas and transitions.

  • The Art of Adjusting

Philosophy and ethics in teaching and touching, the principles of hands-on teaching, learn to see and understand students in asana. Discover how to approach, assess and communicate with students, adjustment positioning and techniques and practical classes where you can safely adjust students with your teacher.

  • Pranayama & Meditation

Pranayama and meditation techniques, build a daily practice of pranayama and meditation, learn how to use mantra and digital counting during pranayama, Chakra meditation practice and explore the effect of daily meditation practice.

Understand individual differences, the physiology of our tissues, anatomy as a foundation to build sequences and appropriate adjustments.

Yoga Bliss is located on Lembongan island, 30 minutes away from Bali. As a lot of travelers say, it is like Bali used to be 20 years ago. White sandy beach, blue clear water, quiet and a perfect spiritual place. This island paradise begins to be a must visit from Bali, to be away from the traffic jam or the hawkers. A perfect place to relax, where the only things to do are diving, snorkeling, surfing, sunbathing, and yoga.

The shala is in the heart of Lembongan, close to all commodities. The beach is only five minutes away. You will see that everything is really close to the island as its size is approximately eight kilometers square.

Food is important as it is what keeps us functioning. You choose what you eat but sometimes you lose track and it can be hard in your busy world to take care of yourself. What you eat affects your body and your mind in a different way.

During your training with Yoga Bliss, you will have the time to explore new food, a new way of eating and cleansing, It will always be a choice coming from you and Yoga Bliss will not ask you to follow a particular path.

Yoga Bliss will provide you three meals a day of healthy local food at the Green Garden Eco Warung, located at the same place than the shala. You will have the choice between a vegan, a vegetarian, and a meat option.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Arrival by boat

Lembongan is a 30 minutes ride from Sanur, Bali. To get there, please book online a transfer with Rocky Fast Boat or Sugriwa Express, or take a taxi to the harbor where you will be able to find a lot of companies to bring you to Nusa Lembongan.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
