Course introduction

200-Hour Yin Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training program is exclusively designed for the complex modern mind of this 21st century. The modern society is in complete chaos, under continuous stress.

Everyone is continuously bombarded with so much unwanted information leading to chaos and neurosis. People of modern society have forgotten the art of relaxation. This unique signature Yin Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training program will teach you the art of stillness, relaxation, letting go, self-healing, and surrender. After completion of this training program, you will have strong intuition and self-connection.

Yin yoga

Yin Yoga comes from the Taoist philosophy, the concept of Yin and Yang. In Taoism, Yin represents the passive, receptive, and cooling qualities. Whereas Yang represents the active, dynamic, and heating qualities.

Yin yoga balances these opposing energies within the body. Yin yoga was created by Paulie Zink, a martial artist and yoga teacher. He combined his knowledge of Taoist philosophy, martial arts, and yoga to develop the practice of Yin. Later, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley evolved Yin yoga using their knowledge.

The approach of Yin yoga is completely different from the active style of Yoga. Yin yoga is gentle, slow, soft, subtle, relaxing, and meditative. The practice of Yin yoga is slow-paced. You hold a posture for a longer duration i.e. (45 seconds to 5 minutes) depending on the comfort and level of the practitioner.

It applies mild stress to the connective tissue, tendons, fascia, and ligaments. It aims to increase blood and prana circulation in the region or a joint. The regular practice of Yin yoga trains the body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. It brings a sense of stillness, ease, and a meditative state to life. It teaches the art of “Letting go.”

Meditation

“Meditation is the art of living in the present moment and being aware of each moment of life. Awareness towards the inner and outer world”. Meditation has many benefits, and even scientific research and studies have proven this. The majority of diseases, health problems, and psychosomatic disorders are caused due to mental and emotional stress.

The answer to these issues is Meditation. But not traditional meditation methods. The modern mind is complex and it needs modern-day meditation. Yoga Chaitanya teaches traditional meditation with active and passive meditations. This combined approach purges the mental and emotional bodies, removing energy blockages. Further leading to a healthy body and mind. You will experience positive results quite a lot faster than any other method in the world.

You will learn and practice traditional meditation, and OSHO meditations (active and passive). Short meditations for daily life issues, laughter therapy, and laughter meditation. This teacher training program will prepare you to handle neurosis spreading in modern society.
