Daily training schedule:

First day

• 15:00 Welcome meeting and evening two-hour Yin yoga, pranayama, and meditation class

Following 11 days:

• 06:00 - 06:45 Meditation
• 06:45 - 07:00 Morning tea
• 07:00 - 09:00 Yin/Yang asana and pranayama
• 09:00 Healthy breakfast
• 10:30 - 12:30 Interactive lectures or asana labs
• 12:30 14:00 Lunch
• 14:00 - 16:00 Interactive lectures or asana labs
• 16:15 - 18:15 Evening Yin yoga and restorative asana, pranayama, and meditation class

Day 12

• This day, you will have your usual morning meditation and asana practice, you have teaching preparation time and teaching practicals before you say your farewells with a group evening meal.

Yoga Dunia is located on the magical island paradise of Nusa Lembongan, just a short 30-minute boat ride from beautiful Bali. A small, peaceful island, Nusa Lembongan is covered with pristine white sand beaches, warm turquoise waters, and lush jungle. Just as beautiful as Bali, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds, Nusa Lembongan is the perfect place to escape to for a transformational spiritual journey through yoga.

Every morning the Yoga Dunia team will prepare a buffet for the breakfast with tea, coffee, fresh Juice, Yogurt (coconut Yogurt for vegan), granola, muesli, and fresh fruit.

During your free time, you can enjoy a spa treatment, surfing lesson or scuba diving.

• Daily 2 hour double asana classes, totaling 4 hours each day
• On successful completion a 100-hour Teacher Training certificate
