Join Yoga Dunia for an Amazing 200-hour of transformative, self-development, and life-changing Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and meditation yoga teacher training at Nusa Lembongan, away from the crowded Bali a few minutes from the beach, a peaceful location, the perfect location to dive deeper into your yoga, increase your understanding, knowledge, confidence, and skills by training under a highly experienced team of specialists and become qualified to teach.
Yoga Dunia Lembongan knows that different people appreciate different living conditions, which is why they give you the option to choose what you like best and what best fits your budget. You could choose between a dormitory, private room, or bungalow.
Accommodation is external to Yoga Dunia, there are so many options close by and they can book the right one for your budget.
The course begins immediately upon signing up with a 20-hour online Yoga Anatomy component, which must be completed before the in-person training begins.
The first half of the in-person training covers Vinyasa and fundamental anatomy aspects, while the second half focuses on Yin yoga.
Your Bali Yoga Teacher Training starts at 2 pm with a welcome circle to get to know each other and concludes on the final day with a celebratory dinner (the dinner is not included in the fee).
Days are between 7 to 8 hours long

UK Trained Osteopath, New Zealand trained pilates rehab instructor and international anatomy teacher Rachel Ellery specializes in sharing her knowledge of human anatomy and movement principles to yoga students and body-workers from around the world. Her mantra “educating and moving the world one body at a time” stems from over 26 years of hands-on experience and 17 years of teaching functional anatomy, bodywork techniques, and movement. Her passion to heal others through touch and movement began while practicing sports therapy in the UK and the Caribbean.
As a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hours), Pilu has 900 hours of teacher training and over 8 years of teaching experience in yoga. Initially completed her Ashtanga 200 hours with Ashtanga at Sachidananda School in Mysore, India in 2017. Later, she completed a further 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga Education with the well-recognized Briohny Smith. Pilu went on to complete Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, with Mandalablue Yoga, Gili Air, Indonesia, and later became one of the mentors for the founder of the Fly High Yoga Teacher Trainings, etc.

Just a short 30-minute boat ride from the stunning Bali, this tranquil little island welcomes you with pristine white sand beaches, warm turquoise waters, and lush jungle.
Breakfasts are served to Yoga Dunia, buffet with tea, coffee, fresh juice and fruit, yogurt (vegan option available), cereals, and eggs.
Yoga Dunia Lembongan didn't include any extra activities to let you choose what you do during your free time. Lembongan is a rich island where you could experiment on different activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, spa treatment as well as chill and relax on a white sandy beach, even drive around both island Lembongan and Ceningan to discover the wildlife.
Two spa treatments are included in the price. There are many spas nearby the studio so you could enjoy a lovely Balinese massage anytime.

The nearest airport is Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (airport code: DPS), which is located on the larger island of Bali, Indonesia. From here, you can take public or private transport to the port of Sanur to catch a boat to the smaller island of Nusa Lembongan. Yoga Dunia Lembongan encourages you to land three before the time of the departure boat.
From Sanur, you need to take a 30-minute boat ride to Nusa Lembongan and then the boat company will drive you to your hotel free of charge ( ask them when you book your ticket). Please be sure to check the boat timetables before arriving to be able to catch a boat before their last departure on your arrival day. You may need to arrive in Bali a day earlier if you have a late flight.
